Please be aware that some companies may pose as Olivia’s Studio. If we cannot locate your order ID in our system, the order may have been placed with a different company.


Am I eligible to return products?

Yes. You may return products within 90 days under our money-back guarantee. For subscription products, returns are eligible within 30 days of the billing date. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Email our support team at support@olivias-studio.com.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our support specialist.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are non-refundable?

Our 100% 90-day money-back guarantee is designed to give you a risk-free experience. If, after using our products, you find them unsatisfactory or ineffective in providing relief, we will promptly refund the full amount you paid.

For subscription products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, after using your subscription product, you find it unsatisfactory or ineffective, we will refund the full amount you paid within 30 days of the billing date.


I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If your product arrives damaged, contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include a short description and a photo or (preferably) video showing the issue. We will immediately arrange a replacement.

My product was lost in transit or stolen

If you purchased shipping protection

If you added a shipping/theft protection option at checkout, we will immediately issue a replacement. Please email us using this format:

If you did not purchase shipping protection

Please contact your local carrier/postal service and file a claim. Without shipping protection, we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for lost or stolen items, but we’ll do our best to help.


International orders

We may ship to countries outside our primary store regions. However, delivery timelines and service availability can vary, and customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee delivery to all destinations or that customs fees will not be charged.


How do I ship items back?

Please follow the return shipping instructions in the approval email you receive after submitting your request. Do not return products without prior consultation and approval from our team.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. For your protection, use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt/proof of postage.

How soon will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Returned items must be in good working condition with all manuals and accessories included.


Late or missing refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—posting can take several business days.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
